We pride ourselves offering unique learning experiences to the children of our school. All residential visits focus on the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of our children. Team building, cooperation and independence are the key learning outcomes from these visits.
Children in years 4 and 5 have the opportunity to attend an adventure weekend in Todmorden, West Yorkshire. Children and staff report back to school regarding the wonderful time they have had, full of stories of enhanced experiences and activities.
Children in year 6 attend a residential in London. Taking in the sights of the Natural History Museum and The Science Museum. The children experience London through a guided sight-seeing tour followed by the sights from above via the spectacular London Eye. One of the highlights of the London visit is a visit to the theatre. 2014 saw the childre visiting the Lyceum to see the stage show of 'Charlie And The Chocolate Factory'.
Both visits are inclusive of all transport, bed and breakfast arrangements. An example of the costs is as follows:-
